Built for agents, not another subscription
CompsAgent started with one question: why does a comp report still take longer to produce than the listing appointment it's for?
Why we built this
Comparative market analysis hasn't changed much in twenty years — pull comps, format a spreadsheet, dress it up before a client sees it. Free tools exist (RPR, and Cloud CMA through many MLS site licenses), but most agents don't use them day to day, because logging in and learning a dashboard isn't worth it for a CMA you only need a handful of times a year. CompsAgent exists for that gap: one address in, a client-ready report out, no login required — priced per report instead of per month, because most agents don't do enough volume to justify a subscription.
Brokerages that want the same tool standardized across a whole team can get it too — see Enterprise pricing — but the core product is built around the individual agent making the call to buy one report at a time.
What we believe
Pricing should be simple enough to explain in one sentence — see our $79-per-report pricing — and reports should say exactly what's real and what's a placeholder, never dressing up sample data as a live valuation. That transparency shows up throughout the product, not just in the marketing copy.
Where we're headed
The current feature set already automates report generation, market data aggregation, and white-label branding. Widening our data coverage and deepening the multi-provider reconciliation process is next — see the full workflow for what's automated today.
