Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you generate a sample or purchase a report, we collect the property address you enter, your email address (for paid orders), and, if you choose to add branding, the logo file and brand name you upload. We do not require an account or collect any information beyond what's needed to generate and deliver your report.

2. How we use it

Your address is sent to third-party real estate and public-data providers to generate report content. Your email is used only to deliver your report and send order-related communication — never marketing you didn't opt into. Uploaded logos are used solely to print on your own report and are deleted from our servers shortly after generation.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles that under its own security and compliance standards.

4. Third-party data providers

Generating a report may involve sending your entered address to third-party data providers (for comparable sales, market trends, demographics, and similar public data) so a report can be built. See our Features page for a description of what each report draws on. We do not sell the addresses or emails you provide to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Analytics

We use two analytics systems, and neither one runs until you accept the banner shown on your first visit. The first is our own self-hosted, first-party analytics: it logs anonymous page-view events (the page visited, referring site, and basic device/browser information) tied to a randomly-generated session id, so we can see how visitors use the site in aggregate. That session id lives only in your browser’s session storage and resets when you close your browser or after 30 minutes of inactivity — it is never linked to your name, email, or any order you place. We also derive your approximate state and country from your IP address using an offline lookup that runs entirely on our own server — your IP address itself is never stored, only the resulting codes.

The second is Google Analytics 4. If you accept the banner, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends page-view and device information to Google, who processes it on our behalf and may store and process it on servers in the United States. We do not use Google’s advertising features, and we do not run any advertising or ad-retargeting networks on this site. If you decline the banner, the Google Analytics script is never loaded at all — no request is made to Google and no cookies are set. The choice you make is remembered so you are not asked again on future visits, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s local storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

6. Data retention

Report content and order records are retained so we can resend a report or process a refund request. Uploaded logo files are deleted shortly after your report is generated. Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months, then automatically deleted. Contact us if you'd like an order's records removed.

7. Your choices

You can use the free sample tool without providing any personal information beyond an address. For a paid report, an email address is required to deliver it. You can decline analytics tracking at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site (which resets the consent banner) and choosing Decline. Contact us via your payment receipt email to request deletion of your order history.
