Terms of Service - CompsAgent

This is a starting-point draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Read it over and edit before relying on it for real transactions.

1. What you're buying

CompsAgent sells single comparative market analysis (CMA) reports as downloadable PDFs, delivered by email after payment. Each $79 purchase is a one-time payment for one report on one property address — see full pricing details. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account required.

2. Data accuracy

Comp data is sourced from third-party real estate data providers and is provided "as is." It is an estimate based on available records at the time of generation, not a licensed appraisal, and should not be the sole basis for a pricing, lending, or investment decision. Every report discloses whether it was built from live data or, when live data isn't available for an address, a clearly marked sample.

3. Refunds

If a report fails to generate or is not delivered within a reasonable time after payment, contact us for a full refund or a regenerated report. Because each report is generated and delivered immediately on a specific address, refunds for reports that were successfully delivered are handled on a case-by-case basis — reply to your payment receipt email to request one.

4. Acceptable use

Reports are for your own personal or professional real estate use.
Don't resell, redistribute, or republish a report as your own data product.
Don't attempt to automate bulk purchases or abuse the free sample tool to extract data at scale.

5. Branding

If you upload a logo or brand name at checkout, it's used only to print on your own report's header and is deleted from our servers shortly after your report is generated.
